You are in for a real treat now. I sent Stephen Schwartz, composer of Wicked, Pippin, Godspell, Pocahontas, Children of Eden, and winner of two Academy Awards, a list of 5 questions to answer. He graciously agreed to answer them via my recording service and he just sent them to me. I was only able to get this because I know two good friends of his. Otherwise, it would have been nearly impossible to get this interview.

For those of you who don't know Stephen Schwartz, I have included another link to his website and video clip from the Wicked website. It's an amazing show if you haven't seen it! Very powerful.

An interesting tidbit - when Mr. Schwartz was in his early 20's, he had 3, yes 3, shows running on Broadway simultaneously! Also, Wicked is now being performed in London, Sydney, Broadway (7 years), San Francisco, and is also on tour in the United States. Here are the links:
