Hello
This video is all about voicings. A voicing is a way of playing a chord without sticking to the standard root position. It might involve extending the chord to add other notes and/or altering notes within the chord (b9, #5).
This particular voicing is one that I use quite a bit when I am performing. I have done a lesson similar to this one three months ago. This video, however, has different notes in the left hand plus I offer two more variations with altered tones in the right hand. Check it out! I am sure you can use this a lot with your songs!
